Site Localization and localization involves more than the presentation
of content in a foreign language. In addition to accurate translation,
equally important is targeting the user population appropriately, taking
such things into consideration as cultural nuances, appropriateness
of graphics, and even color schemes.
Localization involves meeting both technical and linguistic challenges.
From a technical standpoint all of the material must be considered,
from user interface to how numbers, characters, and symbols must be
presented in the local format.
